We will always explain exactly what repairs are required, and why, before we proceed with the work. In addition, when the job is done we explain all charges thoroughly. The service advisor and technician assigned to your vehicle will gladly answer any questions you may have. We can only solve your problem if we know about it, so please tell us if we have failed to meet your expectations in any way.

Service Remcommendations:
- S = Severe or Safety - The repair should be performed immediately.
- R = Recommended - The repair should be performed at the earliest convenient date.
- A = Advise - The condition should be monitored to avoid future problems.
Labour Charges
Our technicians' time is billed out at competitive rates. The total labour estimate is calculated by using either actual hours spent on the repair, referring to an industry approved labour time guide, or by a job package.
Parts
We use only high quality parts backed by a national warranty. If requested, we will make available your replaced parts.
Quality
As much as we would like to, we cannot offer both quality parts, workmanship at unbeatable prices. Our customer loyalty is built on, open communications, repairing the problem at a fair price, adding value, completing the work when promised, guarantee of all parts and workmanship and Total Customer Satisfaction.
